What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing that is used for stress reduction and natural healing.
Rei: God’s wisdom or the higher power
Ki: Life force energy
What does it consist of?
Direct application of Chi (Ki or Prana) the general term for the life force energy that flows through all living things.
What should I expect?
Everyone’s experience is different. Some experience relaxation, physical shifts in the body, clearer mind or shift in their emotional state. Not all practitioners are the same, and not all Reiki experiences will be the same. Since it is the wisdom of what you need energetically, there are times that our needs change and the feel of what you experience with Reiki will also change.

After Session Care:
Drink a lot of water and get plenty of rest. It may also be helpful to journal as well.
